May 13, 2026 the U.S. Senate nominated a new Federal Reserve Chair, Mark Warsh.  The new Fed. Chair brings hope for a new approach to rate policy.  For this reason, and in honor of our new Fed. Chair,  Lakeshore is launching "Rate Watch".   A weekly posting of rates and news related to the Federal Reserve and its decisions.  Understanding the influence of the Federal Reserve is key to navigating today’s real estate market.
